What is the turn around time:
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days. Most orders will dispatch sooner. This estimate excludes shipping time. Sometimes delays can occur when we are in the process of restocking an item. The turn around time on custom orders will vary.
Sales & Discounts:
We occasionally run sales or offer discounts. We only honor one discounted price at a time.
Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless physical damage occurs to the product during shipping. You must report damage with proof to us within 72 hours of delivery, so that we may file an insurance claim with the carrier. You are then responsible for mailing the items back. Once we receive your damaged goods, your replacement items will be dispatched as quickly as possible, or you may be reimbursed for the damaged goods only. Please contact us if there is any problem with your order.
